Home Dashboard

The Home Dashboard is your first screen after logging in. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your organization's recruiting activity and puts quick access to key areas of the platform right at your fingertips.

Note: The dashboard displays only active records by default.


Top Bar

The top bar is visible on every page and gives you global controls for the platform:

Language and Theme changes take effect immediately across the entire platform.


Date Range Filter

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you'll find a date range selector. Use it to filter all dashboard data to a specific time period. By default, the dashboard shows data for the last 90 days.


Summary Cards

At the top of the dashboard, five summary cards give you a high-level overview of your organization's activity:

Click on any card to expand its detailed section below.


Jobs Management

Click the Jobs card to reveal:

  • Jobs by Status — a pie chart showing job distribution across statuses (Active, On Hold, Won, etc.)
  • Jobs by Location — a bar chart showing the number of jobs per location
  • Jobs table — a detailed list with columns: Reference #, Job Position, Location, Job Owner, Job Status, Client, Client Owner, Client Status, Candidates count, and Job Active Status

Click Export to Excel in the top-right of the section to download the table data.


Candidates Management

Click the Candidates card to reveal:

  • Candidates by Stage — a pie chart showing how candidates are distributed across hiring stages
  • Candidates by Source — a bar chart showing where candidates are coming from (LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip, Resume Upload, etc.)
  • Candidates table — a list with columns: Name, Reference #, Location, Stage, Job Position, Match Owner, Job Owner, Client, Client Owner, Resume Source, Match Date, and Status

Click Export to Excel to download the table data.


Activities Management

Click the Activities card to see a table of all activities with columns: Activity Title, Related To, Activity Owner, Created Date, Start Date, Due Date, Status, and Active.


Clients Analysis

Click the Clients card to reveal:

  • Clients Location — a pie chart showing the geographic distribution of your clients
  • Jobs by Client — a bar chart showing how many jobs are associated with each client

Click Export Chart to download the chart as an image.


Performance Metrics

Click the Performance card to see three key KPI counters:

  • Placements — total candidates placed
  • Active Candidates — candidates currently in an active pipeline
  • Total Candidates — all candidates in the system

Click Export Chart to download the data.


Navigation & Recently Visited

The left-side menu gives you access to all main sections of the platform: Clients, Jobs, Candidates, Placements, Activities, Revenues, Job Requisitions, Resume Database, Reports, Settings, Administration, and Inbox.

Below the menu, the Recently Visited section shows quick links to the records you accessed most recently.
