Placements

Welcome to the Placements section! Here you can see all the candidates who've been successfully hired for jobs. Each record represents a candidate who went through the full recruitment journey and landed a role with one of your clients.

Placement Lifecycle

A placement is created when a candidate reaches the finish line of the hiring process:

Candidate → Job Match → Hired → Placement

Once a candidate is marked as hired on a job, a placement record is automatically created and appears in this section right away.

Accessing Placements

Go to Placements in the left navigation sidebar.

You'll see a list of all confirmed placements across all jobs and clients in your organization.
