Activities Overview
The Activities section is where you manage everything related to your day-to-day work — tasks, calls, meetings, interviews, and follow-ups across your entire organization. You can view, filter, and manage all your activities here, or create them directly from a Client, Job, or Candidate profile.
Accessing Activities
Go to Activities in the left navigation sidebar.
Summary Cards
At the top of the Activities section, you'll see four cards that give you a quick snapshot of your workload:

|---|---|
| Overdue | Activities that have passed their due date without being completed |
| Due Today | Activities scheduled for completion today |
| Upcoming | Activities due in the near future |
| Not Started | Activities that have been created but not yet started |
Filters
Use the filter bar to narrow down your activity list:

| Search Activities | Search by activity title |
| Select Due Date | Filter by due date range |
| Select Priority | Filter by priority level (Low, Normal, High, Urgent) |
| Select Category | Filter by activity category |
| Select Status | Filter by status (Pending, In Progress, Hold, Completed) |
| Related To | Filter by the entity the activity is linked to (Client, Job, Candidate, Matches, Job Requisition) |
| Select Assignees | Filter by the user the activity is assigned to |
| Date Range | Custom date range picker |
Click Clear to reset all your active filters.
View Modes
You can toggle between three view modes using the tabs below the filter bar:
List View
A tabular view showing all your activities with columns for Title, Priority, Start Date, Time, Duration, Due Date, Frequency, Category, Location, Status, Meeting URL, Channel, Outcome, Created Date, Creator, and Related To. You also get column filters, Manage Columns, Export to Excel, and items per page options.
Calendar View
Activities displayed on a calendar so you can see them by month, week, or day. Use the navigation arrows to move between periods and the Day / Week / Month toggle in the top-right to change how you're viewing the calendar.
Kanban View
A board view organized by activity status with four columns:
- Pending — Activities not yet started
- In Progress — Activities currently being worked on
- Hold — Activities temporarily paused
- Completed — Finished activities
Each card on the Kanban board shows the activity title, the linked entity (like a Client name), who it's assigned to, and start/end dates. Use the ⋮ menu on a card to edit or take action on an activity.
Show Archived
Toggle Show Archived to include archived activities in your current view.
Creating an Activity
Click Add Activity to create a new activity from the Activities section. You can also create activities directly from a Client, Job, or Candidate profile — the activity will be automatically linked to that record.
