Manage Activities, Notes & Attachments
Keeping track of your work is essential. Activities, notes, and attachments help you document everything you do across clients, jobs, and candidates. The process is consistent no matter which section you're in.
Activities
Create an Activity (from the Activities Window)
- Click on Activities in the left-side menu.
- Click Add Activity.
- Fill in the activity details (fields marked with * are required):
- Title and description
- Related to: Client, Job, or Candidate
- The corresponding entity (client name, job, or candidate) based on your selection above
- Participants, date, and time
- Click Create.
An email notification automatically goes out to all participants with the activity details.
Create an Activity (from a Client, Job, or Candidate profile)
Go to the relevant profile, click on the Activities tab, and click Add Activity. You'll see the same form as above.
Edit an Activity
- Go to the Activities window.
- Find the activity, click its â‹® button, and select Edit.
- Make your changes and click Save.
Mark an Activity as Done
- Find the activity in the Activities window.
- Click its â‹® button and select Done.
- Confirm by clicking Yes.
Share an Activity with a Guest
- Open the activity via Edit.
- Check the "Share with guest" checkbox.
- Click Save. The activity shares with all guests registered on the related job or client.
Notes
Adding notes directly to profiles is a great way to keep context and observations in one place.
- Open the relevant profile (client, job, or candidate).
- Click on the Notes tab.
- Click Add Note.
- Enter your note content and click Create.
To edit or delete a note, click the â‹® next to it and select what you need.
Attachments
Store important files right where you need them — on the client, job, or candidate profile.
- Open the relevant profile.
- Click on the Attachments tab.
- Click Add Attachment and upload the file.
- Click Save.
