View Profile Change History

Need to see what changed on a profile and when? Minotaur keeps a complete audit trail of every modification made to candidates, jobs, and clients. You can review these changes at any time.

Candidate History

  1. Open the candidate's profile.
  2. Click on the History tab.
  3. You'll see a full log of all modifications to the candidate's profile, including what changed and when.

Job History

  1. Open the job's profile page.
  2. Click on the Reports tab.
  3. Click on the History page button.
  4. You'll see all modification records for that job.

Client History

  1. Open the client's profile page.
  2. Click on the History tab.
  3. You'll see a log of all changes within that client — including changes to jobs, team members, and other client-level data.
