View Candidate Profiles (Placements)

The Placements section shows all candidates who've reached the final stage across all your active jobs. It's where you can see your progress and manage your pipeline of candidates ready for placement.

Access Placements

  1. Click on Placements in the left-side menu.
  2. You'll see all candidates currently in the placements group.

Search Within Placements

Need to find a specific candidate? You've got two quick methods:

Search bar: Type the candidate's name in the search bar at the top for an instant lookup.

Column filters: Click on a column header to filter by any field — helpful when searching by reference number, location, stage, or other attributes.

Example using reference number: 1. Click on the Reference column filter. 2. Enter the candidate's alphanumeric reference code. 3. Click Filter to show matching results.

Export Placements to Excel

Need to share your placements list or work with it offline? Here's how:

  1. Go to the Placements tab.
  2. Click the Export to Excel button on the right side of the screen.
  3. The file downloads automatically to your downloads folder.
