Brand Resume

The Brand Resume feature creates a branded version of a candidate's resume with your company's name applied as a watermark. It's perfect when you want to share a candidate's profile with a client while keeping your firm's branding visible on the document.

How to Brand a Resume

You've got two convenient options:

Option 1 — From the Candidate's Resume Tab:

  1. Open the candidate's profile and go to the Resume tab.
  2. Click the Brand Resume button in the top-right corner.
  3. The system generates a branded copy with the company watermark applied.
  4. Download or share the branded version as needed.

Option 2 — From the Action Menu:

  1. Open the candidate's profile.
  2. Click the â‹® menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Brand Resume.
  4. The branded resume is generated and ready for download.

What the Watermark Looks Like

The watermark displays your client company's name across the resume document, positioned behind the resume content. It clearly identifies the document as sourced by your organization when you share it externally.
