Advanced Search

When you need to find candidates with very specific criteria, Advanced Search is your best tool. It lets you apply multiple filters at once for much more precise results.

Steps

  1. Click on Candidates in the left-side menu.
  2. Click on Advanced Search at the top of the screen.
  3. A search form appears with multiple fields and dropdown menus. Fill in the criteria that match what you're looking for — the more filters you use, the more refined your results will be.
  4. Click Search.

The platform returns all candidates that match your combination of criteria. You're all set!

💡 Tip: Advanced Search shines when you're looking for candidates with specific skills, in a particular location, at a certain pipeline stage, from a specific source, or based on other detailed attributes. It's your go-to when a simple name search isn't enough.
