Send Emails from Minotaur

Staying in touch with candidates is easier when you can send emails directly from the platform. Just make sure the candidate's email address is registered in their profile first.

Send an Email to One Candidate

  1. Open the candidate's profile.
  2. Click the â‹® in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Select Send Mail.
  4. Enter the subject and body of the email.
  5. Click Send.

The email goes out from a Minotaur email domain. Simple as that!

Send a Bulk Email to Multiple Candidates

Need to reach several candidates at once? Here's how:

  1. Click on Candidates in the left-side menu.
  2. Select the candidates you want to contact by checking the checkbox next to each candidate's name.
  3. Click the Bulk Actions button.
  4. Select Bulk Email.
  5. Enter the subject and body of the email.
  6. Click Send.

All selected candidates receive the email simultaneously from a Minotaur email domain.

Note: Make sure every selected candidate has a valid email address in their profile before sending a bulk email. Otherwise, some messages won't go through.
