Viewed Resumes
The Viewed Resumes tab provides a log of all candidate profiles that have been unlocked and viewed by users in your organization. This allows you to track credit usage and revisit previously accessed candidates.
Accessing Viewed Resumes
- In the left navigation sidebar, click Resume Database.
- Click the Viewed Resumes tab.
Viewed Resumes List
The list displays all unlocked candidate profiles with these columns:

| Candidate Name | Full name of the unlocked candidate (clickable — opens their profile) |
| Viewed by | The user who unlocked the profile |
| Viewed on | Date and time when the profile was unlocked |
List Controls
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Search across viewed resumes by candidate name |
| Export to Excel | Download the viewed resumes log as an Excel file |
| Items per page | Control how many records are shown per page |
| Group by column | Drag a column header to the group bar to group records |
Revisiting a Profile
Click any candidate name in the list to open their full profile. Profiles that have already been unlocked don't require additional credits to view again.
