Edit Your Profile
Your profile stores your personal information, contact details, and display preferences. Changes you make here affect how your name and information appear across the platform.
Viewing Your Profile
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click Profile (or click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile).
You'll see your current profile information displayed:

| Display Name | How your name appears in the platform (last, first format) |
| Role | Your assigned role (Admin, Recruiter/Consultant, Guest) |

| Phone Number | Your contact phone number |
| Location | Your city, state, and country |
Editing Your Profile
- Click the pencil (✏) icon in the top-right corner of the Profile section.
- The Edit Profile dialog opens.
- Update the fields you want to change and click Save.
You're all set! Your changes will appear right away across the platform.
Editable Fields

| Avatar | No | Click Update to upload a profile photo. Click Clear to remove it. |
| First Name | Yes | Up to 255 characters |
| Last Name | Yes | Up to 255 characters |
| Role | — | Displays your current role (not editable by you) |

| Phone Number | Yes | Your contact number |
| Location | Yes | City, State, Country |
| Language | No | Platform display language (e.g., English) |
| Theme | No | Visual theme: Blue, Light, or Dark |
Language and Theme can also be changed directly from the top bar dropdowns visible on every page. Changes take effect immediately without needing to save.
