Connect Outlook
Minotaur integrates with Microsoft Outlook, so you can read and send Outlook email directly from within the platform. Once you're connected, your Outlook mailbox will be available whenever you send emails to candidates or clients.
How to Connect Outlook
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click the Outlook card.
- Click Login.
- A Microsoft Sign In popup appears.
- Enter your Microsoft account email and password.
- Click Sign in to authorize the connection.
That's it! Once you're connected, the Outlook card will show your logged-in email address and display a Logout link instead of Login.
Disconnecting Outlook
- Go to Settings → Outlook.
- Click Logout to disconnect your Microsoft account.
Notes
- Each user connects their own Outlook account individually through their personal Settings.
- The Outlook integration allows Minotaur to send emails on your behalf using your Microsoft account.
