Job Stage Customization

Note: Only an Administrator can make these changes.

Job stages define the steps you move candidates through when tracking them through a job. You can add, edit, and delete custom stages to match your organization's hiring process exactly.


Accessing Job Stage Customization

  1. Go to Administration in the left-side menu.
  2. Under Job Stage Customization, click Customize Job Stages.

Default Job Stages

Minotaur includes the following default stages. System stages can't be edited or deleted (they don't have edit/delete icons):

Add a Stage

  1. Click + Add a Stage at the top of the list.
  2. Enter the Stage name (required).
  3. Click Add.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

The new stage will appear right away.


Edit a Stage

  1. Click the pencil icon (✏) next to the stage you want to rename.
  2. Update the Stage name.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Delete a Stage

  1. Click the trash icon (🗑) next to the stage you want to remove.
  2. In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to confirm deletion.
  3. Click Save to apply your changes.

Note: System stages (those without edit/delete icons) can't be removed.
