Job Stage Customization
Note: Only an Administrator can make these changes.
Job stages define the steps you move candidates through when tracking them through a job. You can add, edit, and delete custom stages to match your organization's hiring process exactly.
Accessing Job Stage Customization
- Go to Administration in the left-side menu.
- Under Job Stage Customization, click Customize Job Stages.
Default Job Stages
Minotaur includes the following default stages. System stages can't be edited or deleted (they don't have edit/delete icons):

Add a Stage
- Click + Add a Stage at the top of the list.
- Enter the Stage name (required).
- Click Add.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
The new stage will appear right away.
Edit a Stage
- Click the pencil icon (✏) next to the stage you want to rename.
- Update the Stage name.
- Click Update.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Delete a Stage
- Click the trash icon (🗑) next to the stage you want to remove.
- In the confirmation dialog, click Yes to confirm deletion.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
Note: System stages (those without edit/delete icons) can't be removed.
