Guest User Profile

If you've been invited to Minotaur as a Guest, here's what you can see and do within the platform.

What You Can Do as a Guest

Your access is read-only. You can view and export information, but you can't create, edit, or delete any records. If you need to make changes, just reach out to your administrator to request a role with more permissions.


Clients

  • From the Clients tab, you can view all clients you've been invited to.
  • Use the search bar or column filters to find a specific client.
  • Click on a client's name or the eye icon to view its details.
  • You can move a client to a different stage using the Board view — click the Board button, then drag and drop the client card to the appropriate stage.

Jobs

  • Click on the Jobs tab to view all job openings for the clients you've been invited to.
  • Click on a job's name or eye icon to view its details.
  • From a job's page you can see:
    • Candidates in the pipeline and what stage they're in
    • Dropped and hired candidate counts
    • All job details and descriptions
  • Use the arrows to scroll left or right across the screen.

Note: You can't make any changes to jobs or candidates from a guest profile.


Settings / Profile

  • Click on Settings in the left-side menu, then click Manage your profile — or click your name in the top-right corner and select Profile.
  • From this page you can view and update your own personal information.
