Client Actions (Ownership, Visibility & Archive)

From any client profile, click the button in the top-right corner to access management actions.


Move Stage

Move the client to a different stage in your pipeline (e.g., from Cold Call/Email to Signed Contract).

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Click ⋮ → Move Stage.
  3. Select the target stage.
  4. Confirm the change.

Edit Ownership

Transfer the client to a different owner within your organization.

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Click ⋮ → Edit Ownership.
  3. Search for and select the new owner.
  4. Click Update.

Edit Visibility

Control whether the client and its jobs are visible publicly (e.g., on the In-House Job Board) or kept private.

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Click ⋮ → Edit Visibility.
  3. Toggle between Public and Private.
  4. Save the change.

Note: Setting a client to Public makes its jobs available on the In-House Job Board.


Archive a Client

Archiving removes the client from your active list while preserving all its data, jobs, and history.

  1. Open the client profile.
  2. Click ⋮ → Archive Client.
  3. Confirm the action.

To view archived clients, go to the Clients list and click Show Archived.

💡 Tip: Archiving is reversible. You can unarchive a client at any time from the archived view.
