Client Actions (Ownership, Visibility & Archive)
From any client profile, click the ⋮ button in the top-right corner to access management actions.
Move Stage
Move the client to a different stage in your pipeline (e.g., from Cold Call/Email to Signed Contract).
- Open the client profile.
- Click ⋮ → Move Stage.
- Select the target stage.
- Confirm the change.
Edit Ownership
Transfer the client to a different owner within your organization.
- Open the client profile.
- Click ⋮ → Edit Ownership.
- Search for and select the new owner.
- Click Update.
Edit Visibility
Control whether the client and its jobs are visible publicly (e.g., on the In-House Job Board) or kept private.
- Open the client profile.
- Click ⋮ → Edit Visibility.
- Toggle between Public and Private.
- Save the change.
Note: Setting a client to Public makes its jobs available on the In-House Job Board.
Archive a Client
Archiving removes the client from your active list while preserving all its data, jobs, and history.
- Open the client profile.
- Click ⋮ → Archive Client.
- Confirm the action.
To view archived clients, go to the Clients list and click Show Archived.
💡 Tip: Archiving is reversible. You can unarchive a client at any time from the archived view.
