Client Profile Overview
Each client in Minotaur has a dedicated profile page that brings all their information together in one place. Here's what you'll find and how to use it.
Accessing a Client Profile
From the Clients list, click on a client's name to open their profile.
Profile Header
At the top of the profile you'll find: - Client name and logo - Location - Tags (optional, for categorization) - Status badges: visibility (Public/Private), client stage (e.g., Cold Call/Email, Signed Contract), client owner, and In-House Job Board indicator (if enabled) - ⋮ menu (top-right): quick actions — see Client Actions below
Profile Tabs
Jobs
Displays all job openings linked to this client. Columns include: Position Name, Job Location, Hired, Pipeline, Dropped, Job Stage, Salary Range, Job Owner, Job Team, Job Status, and Job Created Date.
Summary
Shows the client's core details in two panels: - Left panel — Details: Client Name, Website, Client Industry, Location, Client Address, Client Created Date, and Description - Right panel: Team members and Guests currently assigned to this client
Activities
Lists all activities related to this client. Columns include: Title, Priority, Start Date, Time, Duration, Due Date, Frequency, Category, Location, Status, Meeting URL, Channel, Outcome, Created Date, and Creator. Use the Add Activity button to create a new activity. Toggle Show Archived to view past activities.
Notes
Displays all notes added to this client. Click Add Note to create a new one.
Attachments
Stores files attached to the client record. Click Add Attachment to upload a new file.
Team
Shows all users assigned to this client's team with their Display Name, Full Name, Role, Email, and date added. Use Add Team Member to assign users. See Add Team Members to a Client.
Guests
Lists all guest users added to this client. Columns: Last Name, First Name, Email, Client, Status, Created Date. Use Add Guest to invite an external contact. See Add Guest Users.
Contacts
Stores contact records for people associated with the client (e.g., hiring managers, HR contacts). Click Add Contact to add a new contact. Columns: Last Name, First Name, Email, Client, Status, Created Date.
Job Requisitions
Tracks job opening requests submitted for this client. Columns: Job Requisition Name, Reference, Position Name, Submitted Date, Status, Creator. See Add Job Requisitions.
Revenue
Tracks revenue entries associated with this client. Columns: Revenue Reference, Amount, Currency, Owner, Related To, Date. Use Add Revenue to log a new entry. See Add & Check Revenue.
History
Shows a complete log of all actions taken within this client account (e.g., Updated Job, Added Client Team Member), including who made the change and when. The total number of actions is displayed at the top.
Client Actions
Click the â‹® button in the top-right corner of the client profile to access the following actions:

| Move Stage | Change the client's current stage (e.g., Cold Call/Email → Signed Contract) |
| Edit | Update the client's information |
| Edit Ownership | Transfer the client to a different owner |
| Edit Visibility | Change whether the client is Public or Private |
| Archive Client | Archive the client to remove it from the active list while preserving its data |
