In-House Job Board

The In-House Job Board is a public-facing page that's automatically created for each client. It lets external candidates browse open positions and apply directly—without needing a Minotaur account. Their applications automatically save in the platform and link to the corresponding job.


What the Job Board Looks Like

When enabled, the job board displays:

  • Company name at the top
  • Search bar to search for specific jobs
  • Filters for Industry and Location
  • Social sharing buttons (LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, Email)
  • A list of active jobs showing: Job title, Post Date, Industry, and Location

Candidates can click on any job to view the full description and apply.


How the Application Process Works (Candidate View)

  1. The candidate clicks on a job listing.
  2. They see the full Job Description, including type, experience level, location, and responsibilities.
  3. They click Apply Now.
  4. They're taken to the application form, which includes:
    • Upload Resume — drag and drop or select a file (max 5 MB; formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx)
    • Personal Info: Full name, Diploma, University, Current Company, Current Title, Location, Email, Corporate Email, Phone, Corporate Phone, LinkedIn URL
    • Address: Home address, city, state/province, country, postal code
    • Education: Degree type, institution, dates, grade, description (multiple entries supported)
    • Experience: Job title, company, salary, location, dates, description (multiple entries supported)
    • Skills: Select from available skill options
  5. The candidate checks the confirmation statement: "I confirm that all the details provided above are accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge."
  6. They click Save All or Finish to submit.
  7. A confirmation screen appears: "Your application has been submitted and saved successfully." The candidate can return to the job board via Go To Job Board.

What Happens After a Candidate Applies

Once the application is submitted, the candidate's profile is automatically created in Minotaur and linked to the job they applied for. The candidate will appear in the job's pipeline and you can manage them like any other candidate.


Enabling the In-House Job Board for a Client

The In-House Job Board badge appears in the client's profile header when it's active. To enable or manage this feature, access the client's profile settings through the ⋮ menu → Edit Visibility.

Note: Only jobs with Public visibility will appear on the In-House Job Board. Make sure the job's visibility is set correctly for it to appear in the listing.


Sharing the Job Board

The Job Board has a unique public URL that you can share with candidates directly or embed in your website. Candidates don't need a Minotaur account to access it or apply.

💡 Tip: Use the social sharing buttons on the Job Board page to quickly post open positions to LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, or send by email.
