Job Profile Overview

Each job in Minotaur has a dedicated profile page that brings all your job information and actions together. Here's what you'll find on that page and how to use it.


Accessing a Job Profile

To open a job profile:

  • From the Jobs list view or board view, click the job title.
  • From a Client profile, go to the Jobs tab and click the job title.
  • From the Search bar, type the job name and select it from the results.

Profile Header

The top section of the job profile displays a summary of the position:

Job LinkPublic URL for the In-House Job Board application page for this specific position

💡 Tip: The Job Link can be shared directly with candidates or posted externally so applicants can apply to this specific position through the In-House Job Board.


Action Menu (â‹®)

Click the â‹® (three-dot) menu in the top-right corner of the profile to access these actions:

Archive JobMove the job to the archived state (non-destructive)

Profile Tabs

Candidates

Displays all candidates associated with this job, organized by pipeline stage. You can toggle between:

  • Board View — Kanban-style columns, one per stage. Candidate cards can be dragged and dropped to move between stages.
  • List View — Tabular format showing all candidates with columns for name, stage, salary, location, owner, and more.

From the candidate cards or list rows, you can:

  • Click the eyeball icon to open a quick preview of the candidate's full profile without leaving the job view. Click anywhere outside the panel to return to the job.
  • Click the candidate's name to navigate to their full profile page.
  • Use the â‹® menu on each card to perform actions such as Move Stage, Drop, or Remove.

Summary

Contains the job description and key details you entered during job creation, including responsibilities, requirements, and any internal notes.


Activities

A chronological log of all actions taken on this job, such as status changes, candidate additions, team member assignments, and ownership transfers.


Notes

A free-text section for internal notes related to the job. All team members with access to the job can see these notes.


Attachments

Upload and manage files associated with the job, such as job descriptions, contracts, or client briefs.


Team

Lists all team members assigned to this job. Use the + button to add members and the − button to remove them.

Only team members with access to a job can view and work on it (depending on visibility settings).


Revenue

Tracks revenue entries linked to this job. You can add revenue per job or per client. See Add and Check Revenue for full details.


History

A complete audit trail of all changes made to this job record, including edits to fields, ownership changes, and stage transitions. Each entry shows the user who made the change and the timestamp.


Reports

Provides placement and activity metrics for this specific job. The Reports tab includes:

  • Date range filter — Narrow results to a specific time period.
  • Table view — Lists individual placements and candidate activity.
  • Bar chart / Pie chart — Visual breakdowns of candidate stages and outcomes.
  • Export to Excel — Download the report data for external use.

Reports in this tab reflect data only for this job. For organization-wide reports, go to Reports in the main navigation.
