Link a Job With Job Boards

Want to post your jobs on external job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter? When you link them, applicants who apply through those boards will automatically show up in Minotaur as candidates.

Note: Each job board has its own setup process on their side. This guide covers the steps you need to follow within Minotaur.

Steps

  1. Find the job you want to link and open its profile.
  2. Locate the job's unique email address — this acts as the job's ID for the linking process. You'll find it within the job details.
  3. Go to your job board account and set up the job posting.
  4. In the job board's settings, look for the option to direct applicants or forward applications to an external address.
    • Example for LinkedIn: In the LinkedIn job settings, go to "How would you like to receive your applicants?" and enter the Minotaur job email in the "Direct applicants to an external site to apply" field.
  5. Save the settings on the job board side.

Once you've configured everything, any applicant who applies through the job board will automatically appear as a candidate linked to that job in Minotaur.
