Archive a Job
When a position gets filled or is no longer active, archiving lets you clean up your active jobs list while keeping all the history and data for future reference and reporting.
Steps
- Find the job you want to archive and open its profile.
- Click the three-dot menu (â‹®) in the top-right corner of the job page.
- Select Archive.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
The job will be moved to your archived jobs and will no longer appear in the active jobs list.
💡 Tip: Archiving is a non-destructive action. You can retrieve archived jobs later if needed.
