Archive a Job

When a position gets filled or is no longer active, archiving lets you clean up your active jobs list while keeping all the history and data for future reference and reporting.

Steps

  1. Find the job you want to archive and open its profile.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (â‹®) in the top-right corner of the job page.
  3. Select Archive.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.

The job will be moved to your archived jobs and will no longer appear in the active jobs list.

💡 Tip: Archiving is a non-destructive action. You can retrieve archived jobs later if needed.
