Edit or Delete a Job

Job details can be updated anytime. Here are three ways to edit your jobs depending on where you're working.


Option A: From the Job's Profile Page

  1. Find the job using the search bar and open it.
  2. Click on the Summary tab.
  3. Click the pencil (edit) icon.
  4. Make your changes in the edit form.
  5. Click Update to save.

Option B: From the Jobs Window (List View)

  1. Click on Jobs in the left-side menu.
  2. Use the filters to find the job.
  3. Click the â‹® next to the job name and select Edit Job.
  4. Make your changes and click Update.

Option C: From the Jobs Window (Board View)

  1. Click on Jobs in the left-side menu.
  2. In the top-right area, switch from List to Board view.
  3. Each card represents a job. Click on the job stage button (e.g., Active, Won, On Hold) on the card to open the edit panel.
  4. Edit any of these areas: Job Description, Job Details, Additional Details, or Job Status.
  5. Click Save.

Delete a Job

  1. Click on Jobs in the left-side menu.
  2. Find the job you want to delete.
  3. Click the â‹® next to the job name and select Delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.

Warning: Deleting a job is permanent and can't be undone.
