Reports Overview
The Reports section gives you visibility into every aspect of your recruiting operations. With 9 specialized report modules, you can analyze your data, audit team activity, and export information to make informed decisions.
Accessing Reports
It's simple — just click Reports in the left navigation sidebar.
You'll land on the Reports page with 9 cards to choose from:

| Clients | Client & company data with location and job distribution |
| Jobs | Job pipeline status, location breakdown, and candidate counts |
| Candidates | Candidate pipeline stages, sources, and placement tracking |
| Users | User activity audit log — all actions performed by each user |
| Master Report | Complete organization-wide summary with all key metrics |
| Activities | Task and activity tracking across clients, jobs, and candidates |
| Location | Geographic distribution of jobs, candidates, and clients |
| Credits | Credit balance history and transaction log |
| Spends | Credit spending analysis by user and payment type |
Click any card to open that report. Once you're inside, use the tabs at the top to switch between report types without going back to the main page.
A link to Other Reports appears in the top-right corner of the main Reports page and in the top-right corner of each individual report.
Common Controls
All reports share these handy controls:
- Filters — Each report has its own set of filter fields. Select the values you want and click Apply Filters to refresh the data. Click Clear All to start over.
- Date Range — A date picker is available on all reports to narrow down your analysis to a specific period.
- Export to Excel — Downloads the current report data as an .xlsx file.
- Back — Returns you to the Reports landing page.
