Reports Overview

The Reports section gives you visibility into every aspect of your recruiting operations. With 9 specialized report modules, you can analyze your data, audit team activity, and export information to make informed decisions.


Accessing Reports

It's simple — just click Reports in the left navigation sidebar.

You'll land on the Reports page with 9 cards to choose from:

ClientsClient & company data with location and job distribution
JobsJob pipeline status, location breakdown, and candidate counts
CandidatesCandidate pipeline stages, sources, and placement tracking
UsersUser activity audit log — all actions performed by each user
Master ReportComplete organization-wide summary with all key metrics
ActivitiesTask and activity tracking across clients, jobs, and candidates
LocationGeographic distribution of jobs, candidates, and clients
CreditsCredit balance history and transaction log
SpendsCredit spending analysis by user and payment type

Click any card to open that report. Once you're inside, use the tabs at the top to switch between report types without going back to the main page.

A link to Other Reports appears in the top-right corner of the main Reports page and in the top-right corner of each individual report.


Common Controls

All reports share these handy controls:

  • Filters — Each report has its own set of filter fields. Select the values you want and click Apply Filters to refresh the data. Click Clear All to start over.
  • Date Range — A date picker is available on all reports to narrow down your analysis to a specific period.
  • Export to Excel — Downloads the current report data as an .xlsx file.
  • Back — Returns you to the Reports landing page.
