The Candidates Report tracks candidate pipeline activity, sources, and placement outcomes across all your jobs and clients. It's essential for understanding where your candidates are in the hiring process.
Filters
Here's how you can filter the report to see exactly what you need:

| Stage | Filter by pipeline stage (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Hired, Dropped) |
| Resume Source | Filter by how the candidate was sourced |

| Client Status | Filter by client status |
| Job Status | Filter by job status |
| Job Active Status | Filter by whether the job is active |
| Client | Filter by a specific client |
| Client Owner | Filter by the recruiter who owns the client |
| Job Owner | Filter by the recruiter who owns the job |

Visualize your candidate pipeline in two ways:
- Candidates By Stage (Pie Chart) — Distribution of candidates across all pipeline stages, including: Indeed, Zip, Hired, Offer Extended, Candidates, Dropped, Final Interviews, Assessments/Tests, Interview, Company Phone Screens, Resumes Forwarded, LinkedIn, Pre-screen Interview, Onsite Interviews, Contacted.
- Candidates by Source (Bar Chart) — Number of candidates per resume source (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip, In-House Job Board, Resume Upload).
