Add Revenue

You can create revenue entries from the global Revenues section or directly from a Job or Client profile. Each entry records the amount, currency, date, linked record, and the team member(s) who get credit for the placement.


How to Add Revenue

From the Revenues section: 1. Go to Revenues in the left sidebar. 2. Click Add Revenue. 3. Fill in the required fields and click Save.

From a Job or Client profile: 1. Open the Job or Client profile. 2. Go to the Revenue tab. 3. Click Add Revenue. 4. Fill in the required fields and click Save.

That's it! The revenue entry will appear in your Revenues list right away.

Splitting Revenue Between Multiple Owners

Want to split the credit for revenue between team members? You can do that!

  1. Enter the first owner's name and set their percentage (e.g., 70%).
  2. Click the + button to add a second owner row.
  3. Enter the second owner and set their percentage (e.g., 30%).
  4. Keep adding owners as needed.

Important: The total ownership percentage across all owners must equal 100%. You'll see a validation error ("The total ownership is 0%. It has to be 100%.") if the total isn't 100% when you try to save.

To remove an owner from the split, click the − button next to their row.
